Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery terms?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and other international trade terms. We have long-term cooperative freight forwarders to provide stable, safe and cost-effective global shipping solutions.

Normally production takes 30–45 working days according to order quantity and customization complexity. We will confirm the exact schedule before order production.

All windows and doors adopt multi-layer protective packaging, including corner protection, bubble wrap, hard carton and wooden frame packing to prevent deformation, scratch and glass breakage during long-distance sea shipping.

After-sales & Warranty

Do you provide product warranty?
Yes, we provide long-term warranty for aluminum frames, hardware accessories and glass components. Professional after-sales technical support is available for all overseas projects.
We provide detailed English installation manuals, installation videos, and online technical guidance. For large projects, we can also support overseas engineer installation guidance service.
